The Board of Directors of CUR recommends that Shareholders vote FOR of the Arrangement Resolution.
Toronto, ON, November 21, 2023 – Consolidated Uranium Inc. (“CUR”, the “Company”, “Consolidated Uranium”) (TSXV: CUR) (OTCQX: CURUF) is pleased to announce that Glass Lewis & Co. (“Glass Lewis”), an independent proxy voting and corporate governance advisory firm, has recommended that Consolidated Uranium shareholders (“Shareholders”) vote “FOR” the resolution (the "Arrangement Resolution”) to approve the previously announced merger (the “Merger” or the “Arrangement”) involving CUR and IsoEnergy Ltd. (“IsoEnergy”) at the upcoming Special Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) to be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. (Toronto Time).

In making their recommendation, Glass Lewis commented:
